Online Housing Portal

Local Law 64 of 2018 requires an online housing portal to be developed. You’ll be required to provide details about your housing units.

Information that will be requested from you includes:

  • The building’s address
  • Apartment number
  • Floor area
  • Number of bedrooms in the unit
  • Your contact details
  • Whether the unit is occupied or not
  • Whether it’s an affordable unit
    • If it is an affordable unit, what housing program it’s affiliated with
  • Proposed monthly rent, if a temporary rent reduction is being offered
  • The department might, in the future, ask for additional information from you
