DOB Now
DOB Now allows users to perform a multitude of tasks online, including submit applications, check an application’s status, make payments, schedule appointments, and pull permits. Its features are being rolled out over time, with more to come in the future. It makes eFiling easier, quicker, and paper-free.

Parties such as Building Owners, Design Professionals, Licensees, and Filing Representatives must now be registered for DOB Now in order for jobs to be filed. Submitting paperwork offline is no longer an option for many types of filing.
The DOB offers information sessions, both in person and online to bring you up to speed on new features that will be made available in the next few months.
